`Bridging the gap´ is an intensive program organized by six universities from five different countries:
- Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen (Belgium)
- Central Ostrobothnia University of Applied Sciences (Finland)
- FH-Joanneum (Austria)
- HEPH-Condorcet (Belgium)
- Mondragon Unibertsitatea Management School (Basque Country – Spain)
- Hacettepe University (Turkey)
Mondragon Unibertsitatea´s team was formed by eight students (both from Oñati and Bidasoa´s campus) and two lecturers.
The program will last for three years, and the first edition has just finished. Almost 60 people (both students and lecturers) met in Antwerp – Belgium during March 18th – 31st, as Artesis was the host.
The aim was to create a space for Business and IT`s students to get together, in order to improve their communication skills. As these two professional profiles usually misunderstood each other in companies, they managed to bridge the gap through different activities.
The IP was an enriching learning experience, not only in terms of professional issues but also (and mainly) related to personal aspects.
